The Hydian researcher charged with maintaining the matrix gives a
stern salute to the general before his gesture is dismissed with a wave of
the Icer's hand.

General Tybrus says, 'Orocum, dia'es baru'tem marku
yeive'x-rev nythir. Vos'rossa marku diam gros'da
ye'ren'es xellos'di e'treon'vesskr? '

For a long moment the scientist stares blankly at the hologram, his
tongue moving nervously from corner to corner of his parched lips.

Orocum says, 'I'm sorry, General, but my Tamass'lr is still very
weak.

The General sighs.

General Tybrus says, 'What do you have to report, Orocum, on the
starship? I've given you seventy-two hours. I want answers.'

Orocum says, 'I'm afraid there is little that I can tell you, General. The
starship's ID codes match one of our records, thus the station allowed it
to dock. Treven, the head engineer for the starship bay has been unable to
access the ship so far. It's a miracle that the ship was even able to
reach furiza. It's nearly destroyed. It has probably been traveling to
Furiza for... Hundreds of years. Maybe more.'

The general's eyes narrow, his plated brow furrowing in dismay.

General Tybrus says, 'This is troubling to me. My gut tells me there is
more to know and to understand. Tell me then, if you can tell me nothing
else of use, what is the name of our mysterious starship? '

Orocum gulps.

Orocum says, 'If these ID-codes are legitimate, General... Then the
starship docked with the station is... The
Neverender.

General Tybrus says, '...If this is true, Then you must realize the
severity of the situation, Orocum, and must also realize that this station
is now in grave danger. I am permitting you to do whatever is necissary to
protect Tempest. If this ship truly is The
Neverender I want it destroyed before it destroys
us.

The General's hologram fades...
