Imported from the game’s own help, and only staff can change it — a help file that quietly stops matching the game reads as authoritative and is wrong. If it has changed in game, send the new text through the contact form and somebody will paste it in.

DBI is a family oriented MUD, and as such, certain subjects are delicate
to deal with and moderate. Some RP subjects fall into these categories. The
following will explain what and what is not allowed on the RP chan.

Swearing: Swearing is allowed on RP chan, but in moderation. If you are
just walking around cursing at your ramen noodles in the microwave, you will
be asked to stop. If it is believable (emotional situation etc), then it will
be allowed.

18+ Content: Any content of this type will be closely watched and moderated.
Think of RP like movies. There are theatrical movies that describe sexual scenes
in a fair amount of detail, where there are others that give a small, PG-13
preview and imply the rest. IMPLYING what is happening or going to happen will
be allowed, as long as the implying does not strike an admin as too much detail

If another mortal or immortal asks for a certain line of RP thought to be stopped,
it must be. The final ruling will be the admin's, no questions asked.

As a blanket rule, anything that is illegal in life is illegal on the RP channel.

Failure to follow these rules will result in silences, deauths and helling.
