    The Tilted Tulip on Hydia is a new speakeasy that has recently
    opened in Rose City. What seems like a high end club is hiding
    a lot more below the surface. The Hydian resistance has set up
    shop in the depths and plans to use the newfound power of the
    abyss to change the tides...

    This area is first and foremost a puzzle area. However, as you
    solve the mysteries you will gain access to quite a few mobs
    that will be good to gain off of. The low level ones are much
    easier to locate.

    Khonsu note: I would consider this area to be "advanced"
    and without some knowledge of how quests work on our mud it
    may be difficult. Remember what Trunks and Goten taught you
    in the tutorial! Your first task will be to figure out how to
    get into the speakeasy... perhaps someone on Hydia has been to
    the Tilted Tulip before. It wouldn't hurt to ask.

       Hint: look teleportation circle
