In order to become "immortal" one must acquire the Earth Dragonballs and
wish for it. This type of immortality is not to be confused with the
Immortals who administrate the game. Once a person has acquired the
Dragonballs and made their wish they will become "immortal". This does not
mean they cannot die, instead what this does is reduce the amount of PL
lost upon death to 2%, instead of the traditional 3.5% for PK, and 6.5% for
Mob Death.
Recent changes to the way death affects your chracter mean that Immortality now reduces the time that the death timer affects your character. See 'help deathtimer' for more information.
