Flowering Hydian have a second resource called Flowering, and this increases only while in the sunlight, and at an increased rate if the user is rooted. While rooted the Hydian cannot move and must spend 15 seconds to uproot, so they cannot escape immediately while in this condition. Flowering has multiple states: wilted, budding, anthesis, blooming, and efflorescence. Each level increases your gains % and also boosts the proc chance for your bloom armors. Flowering power is also needed to make bloom armors and seeds. Flowering will decrease slowly while out of the sunlight. SEE ALSO: Bloom, Verdance, Photosis, bloomarmor, bloomseeds
