CRESCENDO

Crescendo is a new command for Konatsu that sets all your songs to
level 6, you can begin to use this once you have unlocked all your songs.
It has a 30 minute static cooldown before you can reuse it.

As you play more songs and build up your resonance resistance you will be
able to hold your crescendo for longer.  This will "pin" your resonance to
100 for that period of time.  Your resonance resistance is built by playing
your songs to level 6. You can build up to a 20 minute timer.

Crescendo will not help you build your resistance AND will not apply to
global harmony while it is active.

Crescendo is meant to be a quick way to respond to Super Mobs, PVP, or when
a surprise Toriyama's Blessing occurs.
