ALIAS
Keywords : ALIAS
Syntax : alias <alias name> <command>
The alias command allows you to set shortcuts for commands or long
strings of text to DBI, so you don't have to copy across your alias'
across multiple clients etc.. These can be quite useful for
shortening routinely entered commands.
To set an alias, enter alias <alias name> <command>, where
<alias name> is the shortcut you wish to use for the <command>. This
command will also update any previous alias with the same name.
Entering alias <alias name> will delete an existing alias, and
typing alias with no arguments will display a list of all your
current aliases.
We suggest mapping your skills and abilities to simple to type
commands, particularly if you are playing on a mobile device. For
example, alias gg 'energy ball' ginyu, the command gg will fire off
an energy ball at a ginyu warrior allowing you to start battles with
an attack using two letters. Imagine the time you could save!
For example: alias holo speedwalk nnnnennnennnneeeeeeeeeeeesssenn
The end result is inputting 'holo' as a command, recalls the
speedwalk to get you to the Capsule Corporation Holographic rooms.
So, instant briefs, holo, and you'll be working your way through the
Saga's in no time!
SEE ALSO: SPEEDWALK, MOBILE
NOTE: You can use the command 'alias maincopy' to copy over all
aliases from your main character listed on your account. This will
OVERWRITE all aliases.*==============================-[ALIAS]-===============================*
