The skies of Namek have shifted with turmoil.  For the first time
since any can remember has the light of all three stars of the world been
eclipsed.  The heavens of Namek are filled with pitch black clouds.  Clouds
of tremendous energy that are busting with millions of lightning bolts that
rain down over the world, destroying the plains and fields, the islands and
oceans of Namek.  Its almost like the end of the world, but the North Kai
has told them all that this is the only way that the planet Vegeta
can be restored, and the only way to ensure that further ruin does not
spread to the galaxy.  These are dark times indeed when such power and
destruction is needed to save anyone.

Namek has become a place of refuge for many in the past year.  A war has
been raging across the stars, a war that has torn apart the lives of many.
Refugees that the kais and the heroes of this brave era have rescued from
these worlds have been taken to Namek for safe keeping, but slowly the
destruction has followed them and is racing across the very heavens above
to finish what has begun.  These worlds were lesser known, and on the very
edges of space near the Epitome of Nightmares, and while these planets were
burned under a dark crusade the more economic and powerful systems were
blind until the demons came falling from the very skies.  Riding shattered
asteroids and comets, the Demons clinging to the burning space rock until
impacting on a foreign world and spreading like a plague.  Demons.
Thousands of them, with bodies like living shadows.  Imagine the panic, the
fear.  Imagine that it is happening all at once on every world and imagine
that that they are lead by the most powerful Ascended to ever live.
When Kaon brought his war to the stars, none were ready to face him.

Earth, and the newly born Insignia V, were hit the hardest.  Wave
after wave of demons rained on these worlds from the sky.  For days the
battles ripped apart the planet, and only through the hard fought struggle
of many Ascended heroes did they push back Kaons armies.  Kanassas high
archons were able to shield the planet from the major attack of the demons.
It was one of the few victories that we were won in this war, and Konats
was besieged, but its people fled to the native jungles of their planet
and while their cities and lands were destroyed, they have survived and are
taking their homeworld back.  But it was Vegeta that suffered the ultimate
loss.  Who could have ever predicted how powerful Kaon truly was?  It is
said that when the battle began to turn in favor of the King and the Saiyan
warriors that Kaon unleashed his might.  The North Kai has said that what
little humanity Kaon possessed was lost in that instant, as he used his
power to destroy the entire planet.  Vegeta is no more.  Its people are
lost and scattered about the stars.  The remnants of the Saiyan race are
fleeing here, to Namek, to face Kaon one last time, and with the promise of
the North Kai, defeat him and restore their world and its people.

The North Kai is willing to sacrifice anything to end the destruction, but
he needs time.  Time Kaon does not intend to give him.  The Demon Lord is
heading to Namek, and bringing with him all his armies.  The North Kai has
called for aid from every living Ascended warrior of the age.  Anyone
willing to fight against Kaon has been summoned to Namek for this final
battle.  Will you stand with them to push back the destroyer?  Will you
help bring and end to the Age of Ruin?
